In little more than half a year practicing the ancient science, philosophy and forms of recreation yoga I was completely taken over. Sitting with legs behind the neck, the situation on the head, bending in the most bizarre situations and raising the limbs in all possible side but very fun. In addition to physical challenges, (kao) visibly stiffened muscles and increased flexibility, I am also starting to inspire wisdom, which is slowly poured into my personal philosophical beliefs. :)

1, 2, 3 ... tut nefesen
My gym rituals environment in Turkey is limited to daily večkilometrske odyssey Mon campus and town, the lively evening posakovanje Turkish music and yoga, which in the absence of aerobics, skiing, cycling, jogging and swimming remains my only sports activity. A few times a week - in addition to regular zviranja room in the home - just stretching their legs in the sympathetic center of the river bank, in addition to my gym with regular social activities and genuine relations take the place of another home.
